Few notes:

• Grabs can be parried.
• Low normals and jump attacks can't be parried.
• Projectiles can't be parried.
• Not a single special move can be parried vs Sub-Zero and Quan Chi.
• Kano's blanka balls can be parried only up close.
• X-Rays can't be parried (unfortunately).
• All special moves you don't see in the video can't be parried.
• Yes, command grabs can be parried, but not Goro's
