Is there any Georgia UMK3 players on here? If so, please post! I am trying to get UMK3 at some tournaments, but I need to know that some players would come out to them and play. I'm sure I could get some random people that are playing other games to play, but I need a solid number of people that live in GA and are willing to come to tournaments.

I live somewhat near Atlanta. (45 minutes-1 hour, give or take traffic).
Would the tourney be in July? I'm not good at UMK3 but I can put up a fight.

I live in Marietta. I play MK9. I would play UMK3 but I am sure that I would suck since it is a dial a combo game and I know none of them.

marietta here, as well. cobb county represent! i play MK9 and soul calibur, dabble in SSF4 but i never tried too seriously to excel with it.

Since im the most active in GA and community both offline and Online ive taken the responsibility amongst myself w help of Kalapixie and others to Organize an official Georgia Scene.

I am a huge advocate of our scene and will always be down for helping organize any gathering, tourney, etc.

Please post if you're name isnt on the above list and you're an active player and can contribute to the scene.

Dont ask me to add you if you're impossible to get to come out to any event because I want to GA players reputation to have a great name.

Coming up we have Revival Tournament @ World Congress center @ 3pm July 23rd

and Tuesday Night Fights (weekly gathering) starting after Evo for all and is free. This event will be held downtown near piedmont park at a location to be named (currently forgot the name of the venue LOL)

Hey guys, A.R.K. IV is coming up September 17th-18th in Jacksonville, AR! We are expecting ~200 people with games such as SSF4:AE, SF 3S:OE, Marvel Vs. Capcom 3, Mortal Kombat 9, Melee, Brawl, BB:CS II, and more! Competitors are coming in from at least 6-7 several states to compete!

Note that our tournament is working on securing sponsorships from well known companies which will each be providing additional prizes and bonus pots for our tournaments. The Traveling Circus has expressed interest as of this time. Also, well-known regional modder DaRabidDuckie will be on hand to provide dual mods (PS3 <-> 360) for fight sticks.
