are there any normal strings into teeth on block that are safe?

And is there any formula using the frame data that will tell me? Or do I just have to test them?

The only safe cancel is 212~teeth but you shouldn't be cancelling stuff into teeth on block, that's a gimmick. Just cancel into BF3 on block (depending on the character) or stick to safe strings if you can.

Cancelling into teeth is one of his best mindgames and there are very specific ways to get out of them, which you can read and punish.

It's literally one of his most basic and strongest tools.

212 into teeth is his best string and mixup starter.
