Has anyone taken the time to document misery blade cancel frame data? before? Is it equally minus off of all strings/normals? is it ever plus? Or is it mostly a fake mindgame?

are there any normal strings into teeth on block that are safe? And is there any formula using the frame data that will tell me? Or do I just have to test them? Thanks in advance.

I see both dragon and reo cancel down 1 and down four into rekka and low tail sweep, respectively, all the time. Dragon almost always cancels d1 into rekka and they come out instantly after the d1 is blocked. But no matter of what, when ever i try to do it, it never happens and alien simply just...
