havent seen a tier list thread in awhile so have fun kiddies :)
Left to Right = best to worst

S+ - Broken - Martian Manhunter
S - Broken but not Martian - Zod
A+ Top Tier - Aquaman, Batgirl, Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman, Flash, Black Adam
A High Tier - Bane
B+ Upper Mid Tier - Doomsday, Raven Sinestro, Green Lantern, Deathstroke, Killer Frost, Lobo, Hawkgirl
B Lower Mid Tier - Zatanna, Harley Quinn, Lex Luthor, Solomon Grundy
C Low Tier - Ares, Shazam, Green Arrow, Nightwing, Scorpion, Catwoman
Joker Tier - Joker
Useless Tier - Cyborg

ill also note that i think anyone upper mid tier or higher is viable maybe even some of the lower mids

This game is balanced for the most part
Only a few messed up match ups here and there, and a couple of just garbage characters.

The game just lacks a balanced footsie/anti airing mechanic. That's all. If they fixed that this game would be a lot more competitive than it is, and maybe more alive!

S+ is too much IMO lol. MMH is S tier. And Aquaman must be on MMH's same tier IMO. So both are broken but not god tier.
Then characters that are undisputable top 5 or top 5 material (Zod, WoWo, Flash, Batgirl)
After that there are like 10 characters that could be top 10 and tons of viable characters.... Even Scorpion i guess?

If you think Shazam is low tier after Digit's performance at Texas Showdown I think that's a little crazy. And let's see... Zatanna absolutely mops Green lantern, Sinestro, Lobo, Bane, and beats Deathstroke. And a difficult matchup for Zod and Flash. She also has the best, if not then second best zoning in the game. So that should put her at the least in B+ tier.

Other than that looks good.

PS.. Cyborg is Shit tier on regular tier lists.. But S+ In nw's world..... Double :(

Shazam is low tier, Digit is just godlike.
and if thats true about Zatanna id agree that she is B+ tier
