I have the alternate one I use for the mythologies skin, but it would still be awesome to have the legit original.

 

Yay for Scorp players. There's Hell to Pay skin and Path of Fire mask inside the golden vault.
It's in the courtyard area above the spot where you use the heart of Blaze.

Unknown. I am almost positive they will make them available another way eventually but I'm just guessing.
