I say give him en puggle that looks like he's on steroids, unlockable, 20% on hit, restands, nullifies projectiles, breaks armor, unscales, doesn't disappear when Quan is hit, can activate when Quan is blocking, can be en into trance that drains super meter, and.. give him a 2 frame d1

B2 Skull L2(regular bat atk) NJP 4 4 EXRune 4 trance Summon Bat F212 Skull L2 141

You can increase the dmg for a second bar by using EX Skull on the first hit and increase it to 70+% using ex trance as well.

the way i do it is B2, skull, regular bat, 4, ex rune, 4, trance, summon, f212, regular bat, 141 which does 56%

awesome damage but I feel like ending in rune is gonna put poor quan at a disadvantage if it isn't closing out the round. there won't be enough time to summon again. good find though.
