Yes, against a crouching oponent the first 2 hits wiff, and you are able to use the low grab against jugled opponents if they were crouching before being launched.

This combo is double stance specific. The opponent HAS to be ducking and HAS to be in the opposite flip stance for it to work. I think this is the only MK9 combo that is double stance specific.
