360 Controller on a PS3.

Yes I know I'm crazy but I love my 360 controller and I'm just very used to it and need a GOOD converter to use it on PS3 for tournaments. I suffered at ECT because of this. Anyone have any good converters they could show me. And sadly they don't make the NEW 360 controllers with the new D-PAD wired but if there's anyone who could take one of those and make them wired? Please help me out MK community

Just get this, man. It's $35, wired and you can dual mod it, dual modding it requires finding someone to do it, but it can be done.

Do you use the analog sticks for fighters, though? I'd imagine that to be horribly inaccurate. From what I've read, this is the best wired tournament legal dpad on the market right now. I believe Hori makes a 360 wired pad as well, though, but you'd need to dual mod that. As far as I'm aware there isn't a 360 to PS3 converter; just vice versa.

my advice is getting a PS2 dual shock, and the 2 converters, one for PS3 and one for 360. Get used to that controller then you wont have to worry about anything.

According to Dark Rob, there's no noticeable input lag with it. I'll see how it goes for me.

I have those etokki converters and a ps2 controller and I've had problems on a 360 and ps3 where it just keeps pushing my forward for no reason, I've even snapped the joysticks off. I hate the dpad on the ps controllers and I have evil d pads on 360 and love them to death, I make more mistakes on a ps2 controller than I did with the original 360 dpad. I hope there is a converter to use my 360 on a ps3 that works lag free...

This is old but I guess I missed this response. Mikemetroid uses it. Chaosphere uses it. HAN has a couple. They all seem happy, and mine was fine, too. Oh well, I guess.
