That makes no sense. If you were having a second season of DLC, why would he just leave one? It would be 4 or nothing. He wouldn't just have one additional guy.

I get the impression that the 'additional' one is the 4th one, and the "or characters" is any more.

You're assuming Boon just confirmed more than 4. He hasn't. He still dancing around it.

Why would he admit it in this sole tweet, but not in all the others?

Come on people, if they only put in one extra character (besides the pass) then the number of characters would become unbalanced and the world would blow up.

Jared, dude, listen: There is 4 for the season pass. We are getting 4 with the original slated schedule of DLC characters. Boon is saying we will get an ADDITIONAL CHARACTER OR CHARACTERS after the 4th originally scheduled character which will be playable at E3.

Are you so stupid that you'd think Boon would spend weeks toying with us that there might or might not be more than 4, and then in a single tweet say it would be 5+?

Obviously, additional does not mean on top of 4. Obviously, additional means the 4th one. Because additional is a word that has meaning in context. And in the context of Boon being careful not to confirm a second season pass, it can only mean that hes referring to the additional one, within the existing season pass.

We get Lobo IN ADDITION to Batgirl IN ADDITION to Scorpion IN ADDITION to Zod.

LOL you call me stupid. The DLC was FOUR characters. Not THREE. The seasonpass has FOUR characters. Not THREE.

lol I can see where you're coming from. It's definitely a series of confusing tweets, but he no doubt it saying we're getting at least one additional character to the 4 already guareteed with the season pass.
