Like Second Saint said she can zone out some characters but gets zoned out by chars with superior zoning. I just try to use mb roll well and use the mobility interactables

I got to level 20 with HQ but the level 10 unlocks (additional loadout, ability, hero card background and icon) are still locked. I have the unlocks for level 5 and 20 though.
