I'm not in the majority here, not a big fan. I do find it funny that MK used to have two telekinetic guys, they changed one to be a ghost guy to make him different, but their fate is to have the same powerset, so they are now both ghost guys.

Ay this point I just wish they release MK9 HD, with a balance patch, fixed bugs, a playable net code, and a proper training mode.

I don't think it's just Edenia, but it's run by Edenians. Or maybe it could be a nod to MKII where Kitana's parents were rulers of Outworld and Edenia didn't exist yet. And it was all run by women in the old timeline too. Besides that, I agree with all the rest.

The game is from March, and the movie from August. Movie productions are long though, so it might have been written there first.
