July 11 possible patch ETA along with Sub-Zero, what do you expect to see?

I expect to see input system overall. If we can please have alt controls without half circle motions for back forward motions that would be amazing. And fixes to input leniency.

I fully expect ranked to be 2/3, there's simply no excuse to not have this in a modern fighter.

I expect gear to be off unless both players agree, or a gearless player match option, so I can actually run some sets already.

I expect no or at least minimal balance changes. And if there are changes I only expect buffs to weak characters, and bug fixes to characters. Nothing more, let the game breath please. This game is quite balanced for an initial release, there's tons of strategies around a lot of powerful tactics that still need to be learned and utilized.

- no cooldown for the ice clone (ice clone should be always on the screen just to piss off rushdowners. on top of that we can't get enough clones)
- no damage scale after freeze (Sub should be viable)
- ice puddle regular move (he needs it)
- regular ice ball freezes, mb comes out faster and has 4 frames startup
- slide safe on block (mb one, otherwise that would be op)
- announce Johnny Cage for fighter pack 2 only to be counterpicked by Sub Zero

There won't be any gameplay changes this close to EVO. I'm hoping for an easier way to get Source Crystals and some new Premium Costumes.

Dino World & Wonder Woman Stages would be the best edition.

They said they're not patching till Fighter Pack 1 is finished. That means any patch that comes out will most likely just be bug fixes/non gameplay related things.

Man i hope not, you can argue this and that, but everyone in the entire community is in agreement about stuff
:BA damage being too high, divekick too safe
:catwoman having a bunch of obvious silly moves
:aquaman just having a million stupid things

Honestly, the last time i played i had 323 with redhood whiff point blank vs catwomans b3 and i've not played since.

Theres such obviously broken shit the games just boring, i dont wana wait months for the game to not be stupid busted.

Personally i'm still having fun even with some of the..."special" cases in this game but that's what they said the patch schedule was. We'll see how things go.

Yeah I guess that is fine and has a certain logic but there are many examples of moves and projectiles that appear to be an overhead but are mids, appear to be lows and aren't, etc.

Not to mention in that specific case, the startup and travel speed of firestorm's regular fireball is so much faster. My point was just that the moves and characters are designed differently, it makes perfect sense that GL mb projectile would be a mid. Plenty of examples of that such as kitana in mkx.

But I see what you're saying and where he's coming from, but visual appearance of moves just isn't that relevant in games where hitboxes don't exactly align with characters, limbs and whatever.

Also....GL definitely needs it, I don't think firestorm does. Tell you what. Firestorm can have it, but give GL back the hitbox of lanterns might from Inj1 and his air oa rockets lol.

Almost all the sub players will try to play him like mkx sub and get bodied and people just counter-picking him constantly because no human being should ever have to experience mkx sub ever again. Hopefully we'll see nerfs to the top tiers and buffs for the low tiers like swamp thing and grodd.

I Hope that they will reduce the Range of jip2 (by the way, in igau it was the same and nobody cried;) )
Catdash is punishable so git gud.
Her wakeup is her trait and this refills randomly with Strings or evade.
The other One is Full punishable.
And her hurtbox has to be fixed. No Doubt

So long as they patch out Cinematic Taxes costing trait charges after a clash, transition or super I'm good to return. Otherwise...why bother? A ton of the cast is facing a complete character disadvantage for simply being designed around their trait. Tournies would definitely get some new faces marching up the ranks if this happened.

She gets it from combos, its so strong you basically dont wana throw projectiles are her in some match ups

Ex catdash is -8 with like no blockstun.

Her b3 isnt plus on block but low profiles overheads. Its got the most fucked up hurtbox of any move by far since mk9.

Its also much faster than most b3's with very good range. Boo hoo its not plus on block.

Shes so much easier to play than most of the cast cause her tools are so stupid
 
The sad thing is she a worse version of IGAU catwoman and no one complained then. I'm not saying she doesn't need needs nerfs. Some of the top tiers do but none of them are too good to the point where you can't beat them. Some people just want to use top tiers as an excuse to make them feel better about losing like they can't do anything about it. Y'all complain about MRS patching to often now they wait 3-4 months they patching not enough too much OP stuff. like I said before some of y'all just want excuse for loses and don't want to take the fault of not being good enough. Yes BA needs a damage need, Aquaman needs something, catwoman hitbox need to be larger, Atrocitous trait needs to have a longer cool down. but all of them have weeknesess and losing match ups you got of take advantage of them and better your play instead of complaining on a forum like that's going to make you better.
