if bioware ... err i mean EA are somehow capable of getting anything right, they will just copypaste the multiplayer from me3 to save this inevitably worthless rpg.

They pretty much did that. There are a couple changes here and there but for the most part it's the same fun ass Multiplayer.

at least. whats your stance on the "bioware" developement overall? i can only say that DA 2 was the first BW game i didnt even finish twice (10 times 100% used to be normal), just like ME3. DA:I was the first one i didnt finish at all. The ME3 Multiplayer really was the only shining light since they sold out to EA.

Edit: i wrote i didnt play through DA:O accidently and left it here for 12 hours. my image is ruined . of course i meant DA:I

Because I have exams next week I'm forcing myself to hold off on Andromeda until next Wednesday. In the meantime I'm gonna play ME3 multiplayer religiously to prepare for Andromeda and leave ME3 multiplayer with a bang. Couple of questions that I have about Andromeda multiplayer though:

- Can human characters be customized with helmets?
- Are common weapons good at level X (because they weren't in ME3)?
- How much fun is it compared to ME3?
- How does melee work in Andromeda?

I'm liking Andromeda so far actually, besides animations and lack of polish I mean.

Nope.

- How does melee work in Andromeda?
You press the melee button and the character does his melee thing.

I personally absolutely LOVED ME2. ME3 was okay but that's definitely when EA poked their nose in way too much. Everything before ME3 is great.

i was talking about DA 2 not ME 2 ;) ME2 had the beginnings of the downfall in it but with all the expansions it became a great game in the end.

THIS MAN GETS IT! Let's go! What have you been messing around with my dude?
Right now I'm still feeling out characters while gathering/leveling up common gear drops to get them out of the loot pool like I did in ME3. I've been favoring Turian Soldier, Human Soldier, Human Engineer, Human Sentinel next runners up would be Human Vanguard, and Asari Adept.

I'm wanting to try and recreate my Revenant (or Hurricane) bullethose build with the Turian soldier if it's possible.

- Can human characters be customized with helmets? No clue. There's an Equipment slot in addition to two weapon slots but I haven't had drops for it yet.
- Are common weapons good at level X (because they weren't in ME3)? Min/maxing at Gold difficulty will always have favored optimal guns/gear combos. Not sure what you're getting at here?
- How much fun is it compared to ME3? I logged 453 hrs of the ME3 MP and I already like this mode more.
- How does melee work in Andromeda? You can slot actual melee weapons but functionally it works the same as in ME3 except the spacing, targeting, and camera angle feels different. You'll adjust though.

My Human Kineticist is a bad motherfucker. I got her and the Salarian Operative pretty early on out of sheer luck. Now I just need three more Ultra Rare Class characters to have all of the ones of that rarity.

I love using the Talon and Isharay as my current weapons.

I'm glad Bioware Montreal copied ME3'S MP. I fucking love horde mode.

Also, people need to stop shitting on the game already. Bioware Montreal is not the Bioware that developed the original trilogy. The game is amazing despite its shortcomings with animations, character graphics (the environments are lit af most of the time), and bland acting (male Ryder isn't bad at all, though).

They had some impossibly big shoes to fill, but this feels like a Mass Effect game to me and I love it.

Oh, and dat combat, doe. omfg I love it.

Ive been playing Angaran Insurgent any boy is he fun! He's got a turret that is actually useful surprisingly enough. He's got trip mines (they changed trip mines slightly they aren't active right when you place them like they use to be but you can still use them proactively with relative success) and he's third ability regens shields for you and your teammates in an area in a burst then regens them over time afterwards. His kit is just overall very solid for what you wanna be doing. Only other character ive played is the human infiltrator and I think I can with relatively high certainty say that Shotgun Infiltrator isn't nearly as strong as it used to be.

I LOVE the mobility in this game. Makes it feel a lot faster. The auto cover is jarring at first but you get used to it.

I get my game on Saturday. We should have a squad. I was never able to beat gold on ME3 because I was always paired with randoms.

I am probably alone when I say that ME3 was actually my favorite not because of gameplay but because of all the built up it had from the previous games and I did feel the urgency of the galaxy in that game to unite against a common threat. I did feel the game had a good conclusion from the curing of the genophage, the quarians returning to their home, the leviatan dlc explaining the origin of the reapers, the awesome Prothean character, you get to visit the home worlds of all the different species etc.. I personally loved it and I think the hate for that game is just that people like to hop on the hate bandwagon and don't judge for themselves.
