Fastest normal/button?

Anyone know what the fastest button in mk9 was?

An example is scorpion's D1, it was his fastest poke at 6 frames

6 frames is the fastest poke, to my memory. It's also the fastest special move iirc - Lao's spin and Reptiles slide. That's excluding x-rays, I think Cage had the fastest at like 2 frames as it's a three bar parry lol.

6f as base to any move with a fastest execution startup, from normals to specials.
-3 was the safest minus.
13f for Skarlet's F4, with the special propriety of having priority over high attacks due the low hitbox crouching animation.
12f was the common normal across the board and many characters optimal punishes, but a good other chunk didn't have either.
10f punishes were only to some characters LK, Skarlet etc.
9f punishes to a select few, even mids, like Kabal F4 and JC F3
8f for jax and sub.
7f for KL s2 and Sonya s1
6f for KL spin.

Hmmm not in MK9 he didn't. He wasn't super fast if I remember. I think his D3 was 7 frames and that was his fastest move.

EDIT: Hate talking about MK9 framedata now because it has been far too long since I had to remember it lol.
