Okay, so Dieminion raise $1500+ in his donation drive, then Triforce raised $400 in his donation drive, and then WOAH! VideoXGames comes through with the EVO money!! (Presuming that's what his recent tweets are about). How crazy is that?! Good things truly happen to good people :') I wonder what will happen to the $2000 from Dieminion and Triforce's donation drives. I presume all money will go back to the people who donated, yes?

All aside, I hope EMP represents well at EVO.

- I'm not sure about the specific money needed for each player, but that goal + our funds would insure us to be able to afford last minute tickets.
- Priority is still being discussed, as are options.
- A round trip ticket can range from 350-600, we're going to try to use the priceline name-your-price to reduce costs, but in the event of that failing we'll have to pay in full.
- They are, since the room is booked. I am not, since I have friends and family in Vegas.
- Not sure where they are staying, I'll look into that for you. I didn't find out because it didn't concern me.

I'd recommend looking into the Quad. Its right across the street and we got 4 nights for a little over 300. You're looking at 8-900 dollars for Paris at this point.

this entire thread is laughable, if EMP is not a sponsor then why are they trying to beg people for money to get the emp guys to evo, that is the same thing as sponsoring, another thing that sounds fishy: why are they using the term "unforseen circumstances" if it's legit then let the world know the real reason you need the money instead of using a shady term to describe what you are trying to do, none of it sounds legit to me

to top all of this off this is not a life or death matter in the first place it is a video game tournament/hobby.

"hey guys can i please get all your donation's so i can fly to vegas, play video games, party, and get wasted. I cannot afford to go by myself". that is basically what you are saying and it sounds stupid. get a job or lose a hobby. you think 90% of these forum user's would like to go to evo 2013 as well? yet you don't see them begging for money if they can't go then tough cookies that is life.

sorry i don't get on here enough to keep up with "the loops", i still found it funny none the less. but i am glad that the emp's get to go to evo, brady is too funny when he loses
