xQUANTUMx we can mash out that matchup anytime you want. You should pretty much be doing a light show and stay a tiny bit out of range of my charge that way when I do try to charge and especially a air charge you can full punish with F2. Also I don't think you ever end in breath at the end of F23.
Playing against Lex with anyone you just want to lame it out as best as possible since all of his moves have slow startups. If I was playing Lex I wouldn't respect the probe what so ever especially since there is a chance to dodge it, if it hits you it's what 2-3%? A lot of times I use that probe to setup the orbital strike etc, so if I was superman or anyone with a fast projectile I would eat that damage in order to cause lex not to get a setup or push him back. If I put a probe out to trait up and you hit me as soon as I'm traiting thats +25% damage on level one armor.
