I cant seem to connect to the lobby when I try to accept an invite or just go online it gets stuck at ''Connecting Lobby'' How do i fix this ?

hmm then its not what i thought it was, some high speed modems wont work with mk.
theres a thread about it here but theres also information in it on solving other connection issues, maybe might help

With wireless it will lag even more so its not even worth trying geuss it really is too late to be playin MK lol

Ive tried the DMZ and there isnt any other solution mentioned there

MK online is absolute tits. Not only is the PS3 version region-locked but I can't face anyone outside of my country because it always disconnects at the character select screen, when I DO get a match it's laggy as hell, and I can't play ranked matches at all. Sometimes I feel like going back to MK9 but then I remember how frustratingly bad the netcode is, along with the unbalanced roster and multiple bugs/glitches.
