Hi , I remembered that some people have posted here saying they are from kitchener / cambridge

I am wondering If any of you guys are around for casuals, There is a casual group that already meets up and im wondering if there are more mk players to support it

Yep the casuals are called the bison autoshop

basically its a group of guys that get together to play mainly street figther and mvc3 but other games can be played too.
Mk was being played for a little then died down. Its just me that plays mk there, I just go now to mess around in street fighter and hang out with the friends I made there. You can bring your own system if you want and the monitors are the lagless asus ones too.

Of course we can always get together at someones house if anyone is willing to host.
The only conlict i see is which system to use, doesnt matter to me since I have adapters for both systems

I got no problems hosting, but I have ps3 onry. Well, that and I live in an apartment so no drunken orgies or real-life Kombat :D I got no probs if you wanna bring your own system and I'm pretty centrally located. I'm not sure if my tv lags or not. If it does, I've never noticed.

How much do adapters cost? Maybe we could pool together for those that need? Something we can discuss when we get together.

Angryworm and I have exchanged MSNs and we'll get this ball rolling somehow :top:

Good games today Justice, was pretty fun to finally play with you. I bet you're going to print off a picture of Kitana and use it as a dart board until we play again.

We should see about trying out that location in Waterloo this Wednesday potentially.

I had a lot of fun too! Those random battles were the best! I wasn't expecting to have to shut the balcony door cuz we were laughing so hard!

Thanks again for all the tips! It was also nice to be able to take at least one round offa ya in spite of everything. Gimme 6 months or so and maybe I can get an entire match! :suckit:

I'd be down for this Wed. I know you said Jade was busy this week but I'll scrounge around. I'm sure I've got a penny jar or two I can bust open ;) I'm kinda scurred about that place tho. It looks like Capcom-Central :sniper: Just don't let me forget my camera this time! Gotta show all them US and TYM guys how we represent in the 519 :coffee:

In all seriousness it was tons of fun. When I went home I played online and had to adjust to the timing and xbox controller again. No worries about the tips, I'm glad to help out where I can. I'm not really the greatest player and have a lot I need to work on, but I can at least pass along what I see beastly Sonya's doing.

You beat me a few rounds. I think it's just a tough match up for her. Sonya doesn't have many great ways to get close to Kitty. I'm sure you'll 'beat' me soon enough.

Jade is busy this week, so I'm not sure if you'd be alright holding off until next week and going as the three of us.

Oh man, you're going to record us? That'll be embarrassing, haha. Hopefully we can meet a few fellow MK players at Capcom-Central!

Helping is good. I just feel bad that I could give any pointers outside of what you already knew.

Yeah, I don't mind waiting. I played a little Ladder after you left and for the first time stuffed Rain and Shang Tsung without continuing, but almost buried my good controller in my forehead with the crap that Goro was pullin...... I did finally beat that Challenge with Mileena vs. Kitana where the ground tilts and you lose health gradually if you don't have the glowing eyes. In my experience, sonya's a better matchup for Kits than Mileena :dance:

I dunno. I mean, the place is even called Bison's Autochop. We might be walking into the first-ever video game-related gang war :bighammer:

Gotta tape! Can't let Justin and W1inter Warz have all the funs ;)

Great games again last night guys! Sorry for bein a little salty in the beginning but I wasn't performing up to snuff and we all know how that can grate on the nerves :grr:

I just hope we can find more players! This is just too much fin for the 3 of us alone! :idhitit:

We have pretty casual casuals :bigsmile: I make a point of making my weekends as quiet as possible (read: noting important to do) so I'll toss ya my contact info. I'll get a hold of Angry Worm and Jade and see what we can cook up :popcorn1: Worst case scenario, I'll be there ready to play and looking for practice for the TTT tourney on the 10th. :suckit:

Good games to everyone tonight. Was cool getting to play with Winter Wars. I had to wake up a bit, those first games were pretty gross but excluding those the matches were exciting and competitive. We were pretty back and forth there, I'm looking forward to playing with you again on a more regular basis. Kitty and her Fan Kingdom await you.

Good games to you too Jade and Justice, as always.

Hey guys, Sry this is last minute, but if you guys want We can have a session this sunday(Jan the 22nd)
The thing is that I don't have a car anymore since in Uni, I rarely drive.

So If I can get a ride to Justice place from AngryWorm it would be cool. My place is too cramped for casuals as of right now
