I am a Midway/Netherrealm studios loyalist...mostly because the style of their fighters fit like a glove for me and are the only ones I have ever played religiously. Not getting the XBox One for this even though I am have strictly played the 360 this gen. Microsoft are a bunch of crooks that won't get my business next gen. Besides, KI3 honestly is a bit too much flash and explosion of colors for my taste. Seen enough gameplay to know this isn't for me at all.

Usually when games try to be realistic they end up looking like ass a year or two down the line because the realism of its time gets surpassed.

For instance, MK9 will look like ass when MK10 comes out but the way Killer Instinct is looking, I doubt it will look bad in the future because it stresses art over realism.

I think it means -and the same thing they are doing with skullgirls squigly- is that he will be free of price and after four months, he will cost money. And additional characters sold separately sound like DLC. So we may get the main cast of KI 1 and 2, then brand new characters.

I think most people are changing their minds right about now... and if not... I would fork over $600 dollars for MK10. So I cant really talk.

Yeah I'm afraid I'm gonna pass on this lol. I'm gonna watch people play it and follow it closely but I don't think I'll play it at all.

Doesn't look good enough to justify an XboxOne purchase. If I'm going to be paying 500$ for just one game it better be the best game ever and so far I'd be lying if I said I was impressed by anything I saw. I just have moderate nostalgic chills.

Eh I'll buy Xbox cuz it has the games I like on it. I have nothing against PS4 and will probably get one of those too eventually. But none of their games have me pumped like KI does. My 2nd fav fg series besides MK.
