Yeah, so, they're asking me to re-enter my kombat pass and I'm sort of understandably pissed.

About a week and a half ago, after the PS store finally went back online, I entered my online kombat pass and started playing online. I've only played against a couple people, but one of them is my friend lobo and he can verify that I played with him.

They're now asking me to re-enter my online kombat pass to play online. I threw my code away, because I already entered it and had it verified and established.

Now, it's not letting me play online unless I puchase a new one and on a scale of 1 to angry, I am pis#@d the frick off.

Is anybody else experiencing the same?

On PS3 - try going into account management, then Transaction Management and then Download List, you should see your Kombat Pass in the list and try downloading it. Someone said it should work, because yours is not a secluded problem.

Well....this sorta blows. It's not listed in my download list My download history has SSF4:AE which I downloaded a few days ago, and then before that it says my most recently downloaded files were Jill and Shuma Gorath for MvC3, which was two months ago.

I am positive I entered the code, and like I said I played online just last week. I am, needless to say, kind of confused at this point.

Edit: Got their customer support number/email and I'm going to take it up with them now. Thanks for all the help, regardless, it's much appreciated.

thats impossible. Check ever user account. You probably put in in a different account.
Either that or its some error that came with the patch, that only effected players such as yourself

Well, the guy on the customer service line was very helpful, and you could tell he was feeling for me, but he told me that without a receipt (which, if I'd kept it, they could just send me a new kombat pass) that the only thing they could suggest is for me to delete the most recent patch and see if that somehow adds the kombat pass back to my download list.

If not,t here's nothing they can do for me and I'd have to purchase a new one online. Bleh.

Still, this is nothing against their customer service line, as they were very prompt, courteous and helpful

Deleting the patch has not accomplished anything in regards to re-adding the online kombat pass to my download list, so it looks like I'm relegated to purchasing something I already rightfully paid for when I bought the game.

I am less than pleased, but meh, I suppose if this is the worst thing that happens to me today then I should consider myself lucky.

There is no way the patch would have made something you put through the store go away.

What you SHOULD do is return the game to where ever you bought it, claim it doesnt work and exchange it for a new copy. Or take it anywhere that sells games and tell you just bought it like a week ago and you cant find your reciept. etc etc

Something is strange to me as well.

When I first loaded up MK I was NEVER asked to redeem the kombat code. Not until the recent patch did I have to enter it. Odd.

Honestly, I would rather just buy another Kombat pass than go through all of this ^ hassle.

Either way it is bullshit. An inconvenience that should not take place... makes me have a feeling that Sporko is the one suffering from a lack of communication somewhere along the line.

I already tried. It's not in my download history. It's like I woke up in some bizarro world where I never entered the code, but I am 100% positive I did. Frankly, I just gave up and bought another one. Yeah, I'm a little bitter about it but in life you have to pick your battles and this wasn't one worth wasting a significant portion of my time on.

And my apologies, Storms, when I posted this it didn't occur to me to think of it as a glitch. Thank you for moving it to the appropriate forum, I'll try and think ahead next time.

It's strange because I know I activated my Kombat Kode before the patch but after the patch I didn't have the Download in my Download History on PSN. Luckily I still have my Kode but still.
