I feel like this should be obvious, though. If your record is like 10,000/20, you haven't been playing good players. For example, my XBL record is a lot worse than my PSN record, because I mainly only hop on XBL to play guys who are as good as me or better.
If you are really challenging yourself and playing against equally-matched competition, you won't have a spotless record. So when I see guys that are like 2000/1400 I figure it might be a good match.
