Game Session is no longer available

Finally picked up the game and haven't been having a great time. Around 80% of the games I get into say "Game session is no longer available" connecting before character select or during the loading bar for the match. Granted I've only played around 15 matches. Also most games I do get to play have pretty horrible lag.

Is the online as bad for you or is it just my internet? If it's my internet, any idea on how to improve it?

If most games are badly laggy then it is more than likely your internet.

Used to be WiFi, recently switched to wired.

This happens to me every time I try a play games with some one from Europe. What region u in? Im in Japan and have been able to play with most sections of the states and canada but EU is a no go for me.
