It seems to me all these Flash players are not aware that his D123 is negative on block. Every Flash player I face just relentlessly throws that string out and I punish it every time but they keep on doing it. Why!?

I would only use it as a mix up with d1d2 sonic pound but the sonic pound is interruptable so either option isn't safe. There's almost no reason to finish the whole string lol
