Well Killer Frost is actually probably slightly broken at high tier gameplay.

None of the rest on that list really need to be there, Sups and Batman are just easy to use, Sinestro at top tier is hard to use, and NW and BA I don't even know why they are on that list. they are strong but relatively fairly so.

Aside from that... I think that GL should get other buffs but nerfed start-up on Might. Regardless of GL's overall strength the ability as it stands is just kind of obnoxious.
