you guys seriously are all a bunch of douche bags...

no im just kidding guys. you have an amazing scene and you should really be thankful for it. i have not seen a team as coalesced and hyped for each other since a women's NBA team. its competition and we care about winning. its good to have passion. ggs guys. not sure the names of the gga guy i beat to get out of pools... han did knock me out in top 32 though

Ohio has that kind of potential. M2ave, perfect legend, master d, forever king, ribbz, frothy, the black tastic, chupie and a lot more live close (with the exception of PL 2 hrs). I hope we can continue to do our weeklies. maybe we can set up a 5v5 or something?

Here are some of our secrets.

-Meet up together at the very minimum once a week.
-Help each other with MU knowledge, punishes, strategies and so on.
-Pick different mains so we have more knowledge about the different characters.

5v5 would be cool it is just figuring out when we could do it.

Holy crap that place is like a treasure trove of cabinets. Here's hoping he takes my advice on good shmups and bullethells to grab. Not sure he can get an arcade copy of Crimzon Clover since its a Nesica system release and thats Japan only so far, but he can get a disc for any PC cabinet he may have up to run it on if he wants for super cheap (like $30).
Sorry, but I forgot what we were talking about here...Im a bullethell/danmaku/shmup nut.

Is GGA really the same place?

They IMO are the blue print

Always have each others backs
No inner scene shit talk
No negative internal rivalries
They all travel , everyone of them
They all deliver, except toilet (Waffelz)
They all are friends in the game and outside it

I am really jealous of the GGA scene, and I am really glad I started making it out to tournaments so I could become friends with a lot of them. Flat out, I wish I could go out to Chicago more and play. Hopefully we can keep building up the Ohio scene to match it for Injustice and other future games someday. Part of the reason I think it has been easy for them to grow is because they are mainly focused on the same games while CoCo and the Ohio scene players are more divided in terms of what games they play.

Every Thursday at casuals I am really impressed by the talent we have watching the other games being played and think it would be awesome to have the drive to focus all that talent towards leveling up characters and MU's within a single game.

Yeah. Meeting these guys for thei first time @ Toryuken was awesome! Very down-to-earth and knowledgeable and happy to share too. I wouldn't give up the Toronto scene for anything, but I would like to travel to GGA to experience it at least once :)
