Question How would you MOD your character on the MK9 PC version?

Some changes here are ridiculous. I've been modding chars on SSF4AE and I didn't do such insane things as proposed here. Except for Seth, but he is the boss, so...

KANO

Better damage on normals. Seriously, this is retarded when Jax has 5% jab and Kano has 3%.
Remove gaps in strings. Gaps are retarded.
I would make choke plus on block, cause this attack ain't getting you nowhere.
Vertical Ball (non-ex) should do 11%, just like the horizontal and up-ball.
Make regular knives safer on block, EX should be plus, at least +1 or something.
Faster overhead. That shit is just too slow.
Make his low a bit faster by a couple of frames.
Less recovery from knives.
More cancel advantage on his d+1. Cause d+1 choke doesn't really cut it.
Safer upball.
Choke should have more hit advantage.
Also I don't see any point in using EX Choke. Maybe if it had armor, it would have some uses.

Kratos:

-D+3 has 21 frames of startup, with +15 advantage on block. Still minus 4 on hit.
-Golden Fleece can be performed back-to-back like CSZ's Icy Counter.
-EX Hermes Dash now has at least 30 frames of armor left over when cancelled.
-Kung Lao EX Teleport Armor on Helios Flash.
-Reduced damage scaling on Golden Fleece dash-cancel combos.
-B+1 now has a hitbox as large as Kenshi's Rising Karma.
-Hermes Dash can now be cancelled during the charge, like Kabal's NDC.

That would make me happy......oh wait. ; - ; #PS3exclusive
I'm surprised no ones suggested nerfing kenshi straight to hell.
We gotta get our characters up to Kenshi/Kabal level first before nerfing them to the fifth plane of the Netherrealm, straight into Quan Chi's pimp throne where all the Earthrealm heroes are doing his bidding after they died like bitches.

Smoke:
-Remove all his dumb resets.

*Okay, now Smoke is the worst character in the game. Possibly, the series. So to compensate:

-Invincibility start up frames on Smoke Away/Towards.
-Chip on Smoke Bombs.
-EX Shake freezes opponent like the invisi-glitch does, resulting in full combo punish.
-EX telepunch is as safe as Sektor's EX teleport.

Maybe Top 10 after those buffs..........maybe.

I'd give Smoke some decent armor. Depending on how much more powerful this would make him, I may or may not take away his reset. Another option would be to take his reset and implement it in the game as part of a combo with less scaling. I'd also make Ed Boon a playable character.

Armor on EX Flame Burner (LBSH, he needs armor on his EX TU, but that's a bit greedy of me)
Strings can be canceled into his leg Lift Stance
F2,B1 to be -4 on block.
1,(2) to have extended reach.

Kung Lao:
EX Spin -5 on block and armored. Also does not launch until the 3rd hit.

Freddy Krueger:
EX Glove Toss an overhead
EX Spike armored

EX Hatchet second hit is an overhead. Plus on block.
Sweep needs to be less punishable on block.
Arrow damage increase on both versions. There is no reason why such a slow projectile should have pitiful 6%.
Shoulder should hit mid. Yes, I said that.
His lightning should do more damage. Like 10 % .

I also would like to try some unbalancing, but hilarious change. Making his jab 6-frames. Imagine the salt.

I would make Sektor's B2 11 frames so that he kan easily punish D1's on read.

Sonya would not longer have advantage on MS kancels so that defending characters kan have more options.

Kenshi's push on block will leave him in a stagger state so that he is not punished but is forced to konsider the risks.

Sektor's D3 will be able to beat out Johnny's F3.

01) MK1 costumes for Cage, Kang (Yes! NO headband & shorter hair), Raiden & Sonya.
02) Liu Kang has a 7f down 1 & a 6f parry OR a 7f down1 and his down4 is linkable to dragon stance.
03) SubZero has armor on his xray on startup, faster startup for his ice puddle (OR cancelable ice puddle) and his enhanced ice blast does 2% chip either on block or on hit.
04) Scorpion has + on his downpokes (jesus! who thought of giving Scorpion's down4 -6 ON HIT???? )
05) Ermac and Sektor have one or two armored enhanced specials.
06) Cyrax's down4 is +14 instead of +16 and his command grab is +20/+22 on hit (instead of +34) and has an 18f startup with a slightly bigger window to tech it.
07) Cage's f3 is -3 on block, his f4 is also -3(inst.of 0), his d1 is +3 (instead of +1) and his forceballs have slightly better recovery.
08) Kabal's buzzsaw has NO pushback, his tornado slam goes from -9 to -13
09) Kung Lao's (high/low) projectiles are -13 to -15.
10) Kenshi's charge is -13 with no pushback (enhanced still has plus frames but not +7 , sth like +3 or +4)
11) Sonya's cartwheel is -10 to -13 on block (enhanced is -7) and her down4 is -6.
12) Shang Tsung has armor on enhanced upskull
13) CyberSubZero has +10 to +12 for his down4 on hit, +3 down1 on hit, full armor on his enhanced slide and a (robo)Cyrax-like teleport.
