Come next weekend, not only will Injustice: Gods Among Us be in ultimate full-effect, but two of the top players in the NetherRealm Studio's community will discuss what it takes to be at their level. Keits announced today via UFGT.US that next weekend at the Road to Evo 2013 event Ultimate Fighting Game Tournament 9, both EMP|Tom Brady and two-time Mortal Kombat Evo Champ Perfect Legend will be featured in a "Testers Among Us" panel. During this panel, not only will we learn more and more about their level of competition, but what it requires to help balance and tweak a fighting game at a professional level.

"Team AGE let us know today that they will not be able to host the “Victory, Controversy, & Promo Codes” panel at UFGT9. However, we are excited to announce our replacement panel, “Testers Among Us!” with Carl “Perfect Legend” White and Empire Arcadia’s Bill “Tom Brady” Menoutis.

For many years now Perfect Legend and Tom Brady have come to symbolize both what it means to excel at a game, and what it means to champion a community removed from the decades developed interest shown to Capcom properties. With accolades and successes, both within their games and within the fighting game business as a whole, both these players compete to live up to the weighty expectation and underestimated skill-sets simultaneously put upon them. Most recently Perfect Legend & Tom Brady took part in the Injustice: Gods Among Us player tests and strategy guide development, using their long developed gaming knowledge to help give back to the studio whose games have brought them respect. Join us for an in-depth look at the type of resolve necessary to become a champion, and the views of two men helping to balance modern fighting games.

Panel features a brief lecture and open Q&A with the hosts."

Hopefully this means NRS will pay more heed to the top players in questions of balance and patching rather than to random whining on twitter.

Talking about random whining on twitter, I can't believe that these brainless people have done with the unofficial poll. Red Hood and Zantanna, really?

Why? Instead of adapting to a zoner's play style, a bunch of scrubs just whined until the character was nerfed. They didn't adapt, why should anyone playing the character adapt to someone else's inability to play the match up when they can whine and have it nerfed?

Wait, NRS made the changes not the "scrubs" so everybody should ADAPT to what NRS do to the game. Please stop the whining, just ADAPT.

Yeah, and the change was made because Ed Boon was getting complaints on his twitter from mad online players. I'm not whining, just explaining the reality of the situation. I wonder who the next zoner everyone will complain about till he's nerfed.

NRS made a lot of changes, not just to "zoners", even Harley Quinn got nerfs. Again, just ADAPT.

While I admit that people are stupid, the top four in that poll ain't that bad considering. I mean if Swamp Thing made it up there along with Static that's pretty impressive.

The very top players you hold in high regard helped create this unbalanced mess in the first place. The truth is, it's not really possible to make a well balanced vanilla fighter.

I think you are referring to the involvement of GGA 16bit, one player who had some influence in NRS. I'm not one who worships top players and follows their every word religiously but the majority of top tournament players disagree with those certain unnecessary changes that were implemented. The reason those changes happened was due to the unwarranted complaints of nontournament players with a lack of knowledge of the game.
