Dear TYM, I need YOUR help! :)

Hello fellas! I'm attempting to put together a few tournaments in my area and I have never actually done anything like this before. I'm going to do this with and at my local Family Video. They are extremely interested in having an Injustice: Gods Among Us tournament and if it goes well, they may be interested in having more of them everywhere! So, since I've never done this before, here are a few things I will need help with:
-Coming up with a cool name for the tournament
-Coming up with a cool photoshop design I can give to Family Video so they can use it on their marketing team. (I am hopeless with photoshop).
-Coming up with ideas for a prize (it can't be anything too outlandish).

Since Family Video doesn't have fast enough WiFi, I will not be streaming the event live, but rather recording it and uploading it after the fact. I have a nice looking stream (as many of you have seen) and already have it figured out with how I'm going to do all of that. Really, I just need suggestions / photoshop help if anyone is willing (you will get credit on the stream!). I'd also love some suggestions with everything else as well, since this is after all, my first go 'round with this.

I see on your profile you're from Illinois. The Chicago scene has monthly local tournaments, but if it isn't too far I guess I could come out to this one too.

The tournament will be in Champaign-Urbana Illinois. Just need to get a date / time set up and a cool name for the tournament and a cool photoshop advertisement to give to family video's marketing team. Could be fun. Any ideas on what the prize should be too? Let me know!

Champaign showdown it is! I liked that one. And the only problem with a cash prize is I'm not sure how much they can give away but I'll see.

Here's a banner I made for shits a long time back that you can have. Feel Free to add text or whatever. Should have plenty of room to write "VIDEO GAME TOURNAMENT" or whatever above their heads.

I suggest a Dark Background on the flyer with light colored text. For some reason the black flyers for wrestling events always seemed to draw more crowds than the white ones when I used to paper the area for local shows so do the same for your tourney. Black or gray background, white text.

Simply run it on top of the flyer and cover the rest of it with whatever information you need to and maybe a few pictures of prizes or of the game and console it will be played on or something.

MAKE CERTAIN TO LIST WHAT CONSOLE IT WILL BE ON.

I swear no matter how obvious it is that people should know to bring their own sticks if they play stick there is always someone who doesn't or brings one for the wrong console who throws a shitfit for not being catered to. For your own sanity, list the console and what controllers you will have on site and that people with their own controllers may bring their own to use.

If you need help with this or just want me to make it for you send me all the info and text you need and I'll throw it together. Just give me a date to get it done by because I do a lot of stuff these days.
