I prefer MK/injustice. The way they made injustice more capcom players are playing it, but you still have those people who just won't give it a chance or refuse to admit it's a great fighter.

No, its the tournament in North Brook next month. Right next to Chicago.

Also lol at the main game of your group being mvc3. I've had that problem with my group since before mk9 came out. #nrsfanboyproblems

Dude, I seriously doubt I'll be able to make it that far, but I am hitting up the tournament in St. Louis tomorrow.
Also, has it been a little easier getting people to play injustice? It's a lot different from MK , in my opinion. It has street fighter links sfxt wall bounces, and back blocking making it feel more like a standard fighter.

Well.....not exactly. One person in my group basically said it "plays like 2d fighters should" and that a block button doesn't work in 2d. Its "the mk for people who don't like mk". My jimmies were rustled from that. I don't think they'll be playing injustice a lot though, tbh. Even my friend who plays everything says he's not gonna take injustice seriously, and that he'll probably drop it in a month or so. Its hard to promote something that no one likes. ;_;

That sucks, I'm actually really impressed with it. If you turn off all the interactions and transitions, I think, it makes a legit balanced tournament fighter. I really wasn't expecting that before release, either. I just thought it was going to be fun gimmicky game. Imagine how pleasantly surprised I was.

How many typically get together for session in the Jeff city area and what all are you guys playing consistently? I'd like to get as many players down for a the majority of Capcom and Netherrelm/Midway fighters as possible. I also would like to capture the games to upload to YouTube. If you'd like, you're welcome to join the CoMo Colossal Clashes group and let people know about whenever you guys are doin hookups as well as check out our weekly TNT's (Thursday Night Throwdown). Also when there are Tournaments such as UFGT goin down, maybe we can see who's carpooling and help get each other around.

Hey man, I just now saw this. As of right now, it has been widdled down to just 2 people (myself and DuBBer Kiir ), and we usually meet up on tuesday nights, but some things have happened and now it's kind of random for us. I'll be sure to check out the CoMo Colossal Clashes group as well as the TNT's though. This is great, midMO really needs an Injustice scene, and travelling to Columbia really isn't that bad at all!

Think you could make to columbia on Thursdays? We usually do our fights then.
