Beast Boy has the Shang Tsung problem, where each thing he turns into would need it's own model loaded into memory, which leaves him with only being able to turn into a few things at most.

Animal Man or Vixen would probably work better since they can basically do the same stuff but wouldn't really require a bunch of models to be loaded.
