Some of what stood out to me:
Hawkgirl has the best D1 in the game, by far; seriously, it is amazing
Ares with a 6 frame low that links with D4 into a full combo is also very strong
Cyborg with a 7 frame solid reach mid D1 that is a big plus on hit and even a slight + on block
Bane and Grundy have basically the exact same D1 except Bane's hits Low
Aquaman's D1 is weaker than I thought
Doomsday's D1 is weaker than I thought
Shazam! has one of the best D1's in the game! 6 frames, + on block, good reach, and w/ trait does 6%
Wonder Woman's Lasso D1 does 0.5% damage? WTF?

BIG PUSHER
Bane has one of the best d.1's to me. Absurd reach, hits low, tick throws into command grabs and links to double punch. The only problem is 11 frames which, for its reach is still very good.

You forgot WW's d1 in sword stance - +12 on hit, +3 on block with excellent reach.
But the best d1's in this game are the ones that lead to big combos or great advantage. So Doomsday's definitely not the worst.

Bane has one of the best d.1's to me. Absurd reach, hits low, tick throws into command grabs and links to double punch. The only problem is 11 frames which, for its reach is still very good.
Agreed... crazy Grundy gets the same D1 but a Mid instead of Low, Bane's in definitely stronger

I'm gonna tell you right now, NW's Escrimas D1 is not +4 on block.
It's more like 0 to +2 on block, his D12 is +4 on block(instead of +8).

You forgot what they all can do off it. IE Frost has one of the best d+1 because she can combo into slide, safe on block. DD can go into his DF2, and it's vital into keeping his pressure game respected.

It's not the size of the D1, it's how you use it.

Frost has one of the best d1s IMO because of the damage and setups she can get from it. She gets +40% into reset/vortex off of it. And I think d1 slide is only interrupted with armor/super

If she reads the armor, she can just do d1 mbf3 to beat theirs.


Not to mention, it's even on block so she can easily just do d1 and then do parry. Everyone should know by now how dangerous her parry is.

Of course HG got the best d1 in the game, and thank god she got it, otherwise I'd have to fight with T-rex arm reach all the goddarn time and that'd be IMPOSSIBLE.

Also 42% meterless off it in the corner:joker:

WWs D1 is easy to hit confirm into a combo and leaves her perfect spacing on block to whiff punish with b1
SS D1 is spammable

It's not the size of the D1, it's how you use it.
Of course; simply wanted to present the D1 information "in a vacuum"
