I am. There's good characters, and bad characters. He's not really either, but that doesnt mean he needs to be buffed to A+ tier.

I didnt play as him because he comes off as a homosexual man child posing as a hero.

I also found him unsafe.

Nevertheless, he does have a some decent matchups. I dont know that I could call him the worst as it's still soooo early. Someone has to be Kano tier, that's just life.
