3 - 5 minute wait to find opponent ranked match PS3

Hello all!

So I bought Injustice about a week and a half ago. I started playing on the PS3 ranked matches last night, and I have to say, the wait to find an opponent is crazy. I can finish a fight in 3 minutes then I wait for 3 - 5 minutes for the next fight. That's a good wait time, last night I waited for almost 10 minutes, I though the game hung it was searching for so long. I expected due to the patch I should have had games in a few seconds.

So my question, PS3 players, is this the norm?

Is it better on the Xbox360?

Yeah. I never played a rank match yet. I am not waiting 5 minutes. Hell no. Shortest queue is to go into a room and find someone to accept your challenge. KOTH tends to be the best. It is just... long waiting for everyone before you. :16Bit

I tried at 9:30PM EST on Tuesday night and at 12:30pm today during a lunch break. Both times I was at 3 to 5 minutes. I will start hunting for some good fight partners as Scarlett suggested.

I am interested in trying, the KOTH tonight.

So I guess the best I can do is find friends, and experiment with some of the other modes.

There were patches and updates Tuesday night/Wednesday morning, which kicked everyone off the server, maybe it had something to do with that? If it happens again, then I have no clue what is wrong, it really shouldn't take 10 minutes for 1 game, unless something is wrong your side.

Yeah, I will keep an eye on it over the next day or so and hopefully all the delays clear up.

It could be something on my side, but when I do get into a fight, its smooth. Surprisingly so.

The only time I noticed I have long wait times is if my ping is high while i'm downloading soemthing that I forget to turn off. (where if a q popped it would be laggy). Besides that though my ranked q times are less then 30 seconds like Skateblind said. Maybe it has something to do with your location or maybe your ping is higher then normal? Go to speedtest.net and see if its under 80ms.

Play King of the Hill and don't lose. Ranked is pretty pointless. Add friends and do matches that way as well.

Thank you for the tip. I did a speedtest.net test on Monday morning from the East Coast to the Midwest and got a 35ms ping. I will test again tonight, just to make sure.

Yeah, I play a lot of fighters online, and the wait seemed very strange. So I will just keep an eye on everyones tips, and hopefully its better tonight.

Plan on getting in some Harley time first thing when I get home.

don't know about ps3 , but anyway on xbox u can play with hole world and here u wait 40 sec max , anyway it's fine for me and i got the season pass

if you care about costumes you should win one ranked match for yellow lantern then never play ranked again. that's what i did
