I wish there was a sub forum for people who have attended tournaments before. Like in order to get into that forum you have to show proof that you have at least been to one event. Then ban discussions and xbox discussions could be taken a lot more seriously. AS of now anyone can just post whatever they want, never having gone to a tournament or never planning to. Then once you go to an offline event you are welcome to join that sub forum.

This is why we don't immediately jump on ban bandwagons. We know the majority of people on forums don't go to tournaments and are often just starting flame wars. There's like 10 people in this thread making valid points. OP and Mikemetroid , who actually showed me this the other day and I thought it was just a weird graphic bug, maybe his disc skipped or something, obviously not the case.

Has anyone been able to get video of this? And does the image stay on the screen the whole time? Or does it just fly through the foreground, but cover everything up like the cars in Streets in MK9?

I got permission to go to EVO (heard anyone can go) if I got my drivers license, but I never passed the test. In my local tournaments though, I don't believe in banning a thing.

To clarify in case anyone doesn't know, the Dead Body Glitch in MvC2 activated if you killed a character with a move that would launch them off the ground, then continue hitting their dead corpse in a combo. Say you're using Magneto and you kill the character, start the glitch, you can just infinite on the dead body until the time runs out. That's why it was banned.

How situational is this? I was under the impression this only lasted a second or two.

it did happen to me on PS3, but it's happened only once in the hundreds of matches I've played on the map. My best guess is something happens when it's being used and they are hit out of it. I'll see if I can replicate.

Ban until fixed. It would be nice if we could find out if its ps3 only or not and only ban it on affecting consoles. Also it doesn't matter the frequency , once that shows up the match has to be re-run.
