Hold up, hold up. Have the release notes for the update that we received yesterday been released yet? This may have already been resolved.
Didnt happen to me till after. I can say however that Ferris is my main stage(Adam and Hawkgirl love it <3) and that it doesn't happen often. From what I've seen it requires the large red toolbox interactable to be used and for them to be hit out of throwing it. Of all the times I've played this stage it has only happened once, however it ofcourse has a decent risk of happening unless the players are very cautious when they throw the box. A ban doesn't strike me as needed, as it takes both players acting to cause it(if I properly understand what causes it, there might be other ways to trigger it), but it is important that awareness of the glitch is spread so people can avoid it and NRS can get around to fixing it.
Remember if a power throws it duck and if a gadget does jump(unless you are grundy or something, sorry, also range dependent might make it hard to duck for others).
On another note, how much fun is it to meterburn the recharging rockets on the right when you are a power :3 (Pssst it covers a lot of ground but if you dash under them while throwing it you can avoid it)
