Whats up guys, I am not exactly sure if this is a glitch or not but I happen to come across it while I was editing some video this morning.

Can someone tell me what this is, or how it happened?

I fixed it, it should be working now. I know it only lasts for I think 2 frames. Man bro I have been finishing up school, I am done with my classwork and I have started my internship. Once I finish it I am done!
