He didn't. Barbara Gordon actually applied to the GCPD but James Gordon AND the FBI both basically rejected her on the grounds that she didn't meet the height requirements. Mostly out of spite, she created her first Batgirl costume and planned to crash a Ball being hosted by the GCPD. When she arrived, she found that a criminal named Killer Moth had already crashed the party and was holding Bruce Wayne hostage. Barbara rescued Bruce(because he let her) and he changed into Batman and got Robin. Babs had been beaten by the time they got there and in order to rescue her, they had to let Killer Moth go. Batman basically said she had no right and she was crazy, but that didn't stop her, she still wanted to be a crime fighter.

The real crime was making Scarecrow a transition and not a playable character but that slut Catwoman gets in. There's no excuse for that.

Yet he talked Lobo a lot before his release........if anyone can convince that Zod is 100% not going to be a skin I'll be glad to hear it.
ohh i remember that i thought you meant him saying "i personally dont like him" or something to that extent. i only started hopinh again because he mentioned RH when he announced Lobo
