Come on, thats not even a fair comparison. All three of those have been in several big-budget blockbuster movies, and thus are much more widely known. I don't read comics and I literally had no idea who MMH was until people started posting about him on TYM.

If anything, it'd probably be a DC thing, like how Marvel refused Cyclops in MvC3.

He may not be quite as mainstream as to have a movie of his own but he was very prominent in both the comics and he was in more episodes of the Justice League animated series than Superman or Batman according to the IMDB. He was in various Justice League animated movies and Dc related video games (dc online universe, Lego Batman 1 and 2 and others). He has been on various other related DC comics tv shows. They probably could have made a decent movie out of his story honestly instead of a crappy Green lantern or Superman returns. I'd probably refuse Cyclops in MvC3 anyways, he always comes off as kind of a douche.

Hopefully their logic is that he would be highly in demand and want to make a mint on his DLC instead of some character people could take or leave.

I hope that is true. It would be pretty consistent. MMH as a DLC character and Zod as a compatibility pack for the third DLC (most requested character similar to Rain who was 3rd) which should launch around June. The movie comes out June 14th. So the dates add up. Possibly Black Canary as the second DLC with a Batgirl compatibility pack. With the whole Arrow show and her appearing with a unique costume both within the IOS app and in the story mode of the game. Canary seems to be the most requested/practical female. I guess that is debatable though. I don't know about the Scorpion part of the DLC though. He will obviously be the 4th reminiscent of Freddy.

I don't know about the compatibility pack consistency though. It would appear we are getting 5 skins with Lobo. So I doubt Batgirl and Zod will be the only skins we get. Maybe just the only character alts which is disappointing. This is of course only speculation. Take it with a grain of salt. I am just trying to piece everything together. Although we will be significantly more enlightened once the second DLC character launches. We will be able to confirm or deny the Brazilian voice cast list. I know I cannot wait. :16Bit

Well it's not that I'm some huge MMH fan just find it irritating that they could possibly leave out one of the key members and reason why the League was formed in the first place so Scorpion gets in the game.

Well, Boon did say original cut so that could mean he is just mad at himself for not including Manhunter in the story and only making him playable later as DLC. If MMH isn't in we should all grab our pitchforks and torches and storm the NRS castle!

Yeah. I honestly don't think Martian Manhunter has a large fan base. I think it is more about the fact that he should have made it in with the rest of the JL founders. He is extremely important. If NRS doesn't put in the full JL, the people expecting all Teen Titans will be extremely disappointed. :16Bit

I think they just couldn't fit him into the disk with all the content already.

It's really not wishful thinking to expect the character that will probably get them the most money to be put in the game as DLC.
