3 Stars on ALL S.T.A.R. Labs Missions + Red Son DLC!! Anyone else do it?

So curious has anyone actually completed this? Yes, I know it's a royal pain in the ass(trust me lol) but I really, really wanted that futuristic/alternate universe Flash Elseworld costume!

You also get the Lex Luthor Kryptonite costume(for just completing the S.T.A.R. Labs missions(240 of them with 1 or 2 or 3 stars) but if you complete ALL of them with 3 stars, you unlock a flash zombie card and the Flash Elseworld costume(for those who don't already know from the costume topic)

Anywho, you can choose ANY mission you want in any order. I started off in order, then once I reached the 5th page I decided to finish all of them with nothing short of perfection with 3 stars on all of them. So I did that, and went back to the first two pages of missions to get 3 stars on them all. Then if that's not nuts enough I did the DLC Red Son missions, all perfect 3 stars. This is a good thing though in a way because it helps you up your game in some ways with learning characters, combo requirements, juggles among many other difficult or challenging things to do...

Ok, so I decided to finish it on the Catwoman training mission. Enjoy!

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I saw a few people just a day or two after the game came out with Status updates saying it was Elseworld Flash and blah blah, that they had it completed.

Thanks, yeah I would have done it sooner but you know being busy of late and trying to balance training, online, battle mode with the missions was challenging lol. Although, the Strategy guide also reveals that you get Elseworld Flash so I'm wondering how many people got their info from there lol. I checked on YT only see one guy who has walk throughs, I decided to post every mission completed for the skeptics

If you're lucky in SOME Of them you can get all 3 stars in one shot depending on what the requirements are(like say throw twice, do a 6 hit combo and win the match) you can get all 3 in one shot(if you're lucky lol) Half of them are irritating. But hey I love going online with the Flash costume, people like "wtf how'd he get that"?! lol

But yeah, just saw your question. You have to do some of the missions several times in order to get all 3 stars, like Cody said you need to in some cases beat it twice or even three times just to get a star. Some of which they give you no choice like say if one says "can't get hit for 8 seconds" while another one says, "get hit with a super move by computer" obviously you have to do those one at a time.

Speaking of Black Adam, the one where you have to do his moves in order perfectly is trickly because the damn lightning bomb you have to kind of air kick the guy into it(every move MUST connect) you can't just do it or whiff...really frustrating at times lol

well, you always have to get the first one no matter what, but the other too you can get singularly. For instance you can get star 1 and 2, but you cannot get stars 2 and 3. you will not get star 2, unless you get star 1 as well. Does that make sense?

I surprisingly got that one on my second try. I used to play those stick archery games a lot back in high school so I had the basics of it down pretty fast.

I did it. Actually, my PS3 was the one they used for the stream setup at the Yestercades tournament. The one Flash player who had a match on stream didn't even use the Elseworlds costume sadly haha; although someone did use it in practice mode shortly before the tournament.

For the record I hated the entire STAR Labs experience. I'm so thankful it's over, and I don't know whether to be impressed or disappointed that NRS had the balls to do the whole "ridiculous challenge for one single costume for one single character" thing again.

Yeah, that one was fun the trick is to swing a lot during breaks between rocks and if you can swing hi into low lol and vice versa, that worked for me.

Nice, yeah the Sinestro one I got on my second shot. The GL and DS one, took me 4-8 times I believe. Some are easier then others. That's cool that you used to play games like that, yeah they're kind of by instinct partially the shooting ones.

Same here. I don't need to lead a kitten through a laboratory when I could be shooting Supes out of the sky.

Oh yeah...god that one was annoying yes, yes that one took me a while at least 15-20 times perhaps more...the ones where you have to "not get hit for 8 or 15 seconds straight" are also annoying lol.

I was actually having trouble with one of those ones. The Harley Quinn mission where you can't get hit for 15 seconds while Two Face is shooting you and your facing Catwoman. Any suggestions?

Yeah, jump around a lot and try to turtle stay away from catwoman and shoot her, use the dumpster, if you get a chance jump in and do combos then get out again. Repeat. That's how I did it

I will happy applaud anyone that 3 stars all missions lmao. I made it as far as the new Shazam costume then stopped lol.
