Patch Notes?

Sorry if this is not the right place to post, but I was wondering where patch notes get posted. I don't know if the patch has happened yet (the one where Kung's damage has been reduced, along with the frame change on Cyrax bomb trap)

Those notes are supposed to be located on www.themortalkombat.com when they get the chance to update the site with them.
