I don't think any MK players go to it on mondays. They occasionally have Saturday tournaments every couple months or so and that usually has a decent turn out.

Well, there's a good chance I'll be moving back to Chicago. Like I live literally behind The Brickyard Mall, and if I end up getting a car, GGA is just Harlem down to Ogden, so not that bad. Public Transport looks like a mess, there seems to be like 4 things I got to take.

Like, just this week I had to take the bus from Chicago back to Glenview, and I had to take 4 Busses, because shitty Pace stops at Golf Mill and makes you take another.

Thanks bro, hopefully I'll get to meet everyone sometime soon. If people still play MK by the time I get my shit settled.

Went to the Windy City Showdown last night for the first time. It was a lotta fun! It was good to see lots of familiar faces and meet some new folks, too. I definitely plan on coming back some time.

We play on PS3 and yeah it is bring your own controller. Entry to the game room is $5 and if you want to go play the arcades it is $15 (one or the other, don't have to pay both if you want to play the arcades)

Man this game is a lot of fun. Been grinding this game in the lab and at ignite and hopefully next week Soufside and I will be back at GGA. Does GGA still have the back room setup on Thursdays? Haven't been in forever but looking forward to seeing how the MK scene here is progressing in this game.

A bunch of us still meet up regularly on thursdays at GGA, please feel free to stop in and bring anyone else interested with you. We also sometimes meet up on tuesday nights, but thursdays are a sure bet.
