The list really isn't that bad, and the choices do make sense even if they aren't ideal. Lobo and Batgirl are both very popular characters, and Zod is going to be in the MoS movie so it makes sense that WB would want NRS to include him.

Lobo is a cult fave, Batgirl is somewhat popular but is still not a good choice

and Zod is going to be in the MoS movie so it makes sense that WB would want NRS to include him.

Just because it makes sense doesn't mean that the character is good choice for the game.

id sy Lobo is really more of a cult fave than a "Really popular character". and just because a character makes sense from financial standpoint doesn't mean that the list isn't bad.

I can see yondu/golden age guaridans making an appearance, and the new Guardians taking over. So long as they give Peter Quill his badass soldier costume and not his "look at me, I'm a superhero costume" I should be okay...

But back on topic, I like this game because it is quite clearly not MK. Not that MK is bad, but they set out to be their own thing and they succeeded, so Scorpion isn't who I want to make an appearance. Also I'm a bigger comic fan than I am MK fan... TYM probably isn't the place to admit that lol

im just starting to get into guardians. in fact this saturday i am hoping to pick up marvel heroes 18 wich has there first apperance with the 1969 team and im also picking up the 2008 run with the new run

I love how almost noone is happy with this list! and if it becomes official i want everyone to complain maybe we can change their minds or something or at least make them do 2nd season pass with our fave characters

yeah coz obviously making unwanted copy characters is gonna make people buy the DLC hoping that they make a decent DLC with the real requested characters
Coz again i am not even gonna say MMH coz it's too obvious, but batgirl is nowhere to be seen in DLC requests for the game really - very rare, i don't know how popular she is (i dont read bat comics) but i am sure that Zatanna, Canary, Blue Beetle, Swamp Thing, Captain Cold, Gorilla Grodd, Darkseid, Brainiac and many others are much much more requested which means they are much much more popular. And really noone in GP knows or cares for Batgirl except maybe that her name is BATgirl and that she must be Batman's friend or something but really she as a seperate character is not what i'd call one of the most popular ones in DC!

I love how everyone is acting like if this is true then NRS is solely responsible. Even if it is real you can't say it's entirely NRS fault, they could have very easily had a much better lineup and then DC Comics came in and had the final say.

These are there characters after all and from what fans have told me DC Comics has been making a lot of bad choices.

Here's the thing, Injustice already has the MK fan base. They do not need to lure them in - we came on our own at launch pretty much lol. So, while I really, really doubt Scorpion will be making an appearance, if he does it's not the MKC's fault. I'd think of it as something of a nostalgic shout out to MK vs DC if he did.

As for buying DLC, yea, take my money... I'm no good with it anyway. But I do not trust or like!! Mr. Boon promised us more DLC for MK 9 if we were good little fans and bought up Freddy, remember? So when he sold even better than expected, what did we get? Abandoned.

games have datelines, sometimes whole characters get cut off and it's not the developers fault.

They won't add Scorpion. They wouldn't do that. This worrying about it is worthless, I'm telling you. They MIGHT do a "guest" character, but it wouldn't be from MK. They're trying to establish this as completely different, they're so stupid as to pull a move that COMPLETELY undermines that, no matter your opinion of NRS. This list is, at least by one character, fake.
