Bane and Joker are both cool. I don't think anyone can tell from your post who should main tho X). Try including some heroes/villans you liked before the game, play-styles you enjoy etc and I'm sure someone could help you out. I mained regular Sub in Mk9 and when I wasn't using him I was using Liu Kang. Before the game came out I knew I would try Aquaman and Flash because I liked them as heroes. I wanted to try Shazam because Captain Marvel was my boy in MKvsDC and I thought it was cool they included Hawkgirl in the game so I figured I'd try her as well. Out of these 4, Aquaman quickly became my in-game favorite. He has the simple BnB's of Sub Zero with the low starters and sub-optimal overhead options of Liu Kang. Granted he is pretty easy to pick up but I think his similarities to my Mk9 mains helped alot. I lucked out because he was the one I was hoping to main pre-release. Any way off the top of my head Black Adam has bombs and divekicks, and Green Lantern has that sliding low starter (pretty sure Cyber-Sub had one, correct me if I'm wrong tho.) GL finding your main, hopefully if you post some good backstory about yourself other more experienced players could come help you out
