Poison Ivy - Killer Frost
Okay, let me explain this one. You might think it's dumb, having a Villain who controls plant-life as an alternate skin for someone who controls the cold, but come on. The moves work. Plus, look at her appearance. Give her red hair, normal skin, and edit the costume a little. BAM. You have Ivy. But, back to the moves. They do work, just replace the ice spike that comes out of the ground with a vine coming out of the ground. Replace the icicles that she throws this leaf-knives. Then, for the Supermove, just make the ice walls into walls of vines with spikes.

I have a similar idea on this, but for Mera instead. Just use the ice constructs as water. Boom. No need to change very much at all.

1) Black Adam, I want my hood and cape sooooo bad. ;__; Although the costumes I have are honestly just as badass. It would still be nice to have that option.
