Got Herp? Don't Slurp.
Sorry I couldn't find any were else to post, but I need help figuring out how to get the trophy "my kung fu is strong". How do you master a character?

Yea its pretty easy for the most part, but the 24 hour thing is ridiculous, its def the one you'll do last. I think one of the trophies is mastering all the characters, that's just nuts

I can confirm that it is possible to leave your system on with your chosen character in Practice and this does count towards your time spent with that character. To get the trophy to unlock however, I had to enter Ladder and was awarded the trophy after my first victory, in spite of the fact that I had 1:00:04 on my clock. I am not sure if using the same character speeds this up or if using two differect characters will count for both in this manner however.

Thanks, I want the trophy, but 24 hrs is a bit much. This will help.

If you do that practice mode thing, MAKE SURE you hit the dummy once before you leave, and once after you exit practice mode

I'm pretty sure that I have done it without hitting the dummy, but I am not positive. So to be safe, hit the dummy until otherwise confirmed.

I meant to post this ages ago, but I did confirm that mirror matches in Practice Mode do NOT speed up the process.

I have over 4 days of gameplay with my Sub-Zero.
95% Pure gameplay. Rather easy for me, but for all characters?.. Fuck that.

I can confirm, NO NEED to hit the dummy. I've not done that, and I now have Milena over 24hrs, and Sonya only has a few left. I do have the block button pressed the entire time though (I use a Wii-mote to keep block on my stick pressed).

Ya, there's a few characters that I think will end up spending a lot of time with on my own, that's what happened with Kitty. But all of them? No thanks.

Meh. Once you get the 24 hrs out of the way, doing the rest is almost mindless. Can just have fun climbing ladder a few times or playing tag matches or whatever and the rest will come. It's the frikin play clock that's BS.
