[RUMOR] GET OVER HERE? 4 DLC Characters Revealed

Obviously, this is a rumor, nothing is confirmed... however, this is interesting to say the least. Over at GameSpot.com someone has apparently confirmed to have the found out the source code for the 4 planned downloadable characters for Injustice: Gods Among Us. They list the four characters, starting with the "confirmed" Lobo followed by
Batgirl (yes, another Batman character?), Zod and...
Scorpion from Mortal Kombat?

Why are we to believe that's credible information? It appears to be some random guy's forum post. I'm on my phone, so I didn't look at subsequent posts. Am I missing something?

Lol, I feel you man. Everybody's been putting in work to convince people that this isn't Mortal Kombat or MKvsDC 2, and that it's a completely new IP and a different game with its own gameplay, that should be respected under its own merit.

Putting Scorpion in pretty much completely undermines all of that -- seems like a questionable call to me.

I have mixed feelings about Scorpion being a guest in I:GAU, and for the following reasons I don't want him in:
1. He's not Neo.
2. Imagine the casuals!
3. I:GAU is supposed to be completely different from MK.
4. He's not Mr. Smith.

I would want him in because:
1. An MK character with I:GAU's game mechanics.
2. Scorpion would probably play like a badass.
3. More revenue for NRS.
4. Angel, I, and some others will feed off of the rage of those who don't want him in.
