wii-u,ps3 or 360?

I'm completely okay being rank 1 out of 2 on Wii U online.

Lol, with me being rank 2! Seriously though, the ttt2 Wii-u kommunity is alive and quite healthy. I have zero problems finding matches and most people are quite skilled.

As will I most likely after a while of learning the game on Wii-u. I'll probably pick it up along with the 360 version to start climbing the ranks on those leaderboards. I did this with mk9, and came close to the top ten in 360 and vita versions (ranked, not player).

But on thread topic,i'll be getting the Wii-u version first and foremost as the next gen consoles for the other two loom on the horizon, both of which will do away with bc and I'm not planning on keeping a billion consoles on my entertainment center just for this game,lol

PS3 (because it was the only system with the battle edition left) and if I'm being completely honest I prefer the PS3 policy of not charging for internet. Bought xlive once but my subscription expired a few months ago and with a new system coming out next year or earlier there just isn't a reason for me to renew; especially since the only multiplayer game I would be playing is borderlands 2. So yeah not really all that interested in the 360 or wii-u version. PS3 all the way.

This is not a console war thread, so please take the hate to an appropriate thread for that. This thread is meant to gauge the amount of hype injustice has for each console.

Btw,wii-u IS next gen, just because it can't multitask Netflix,mario and operate your refrigerator at the same time while connecting to your iPad doesn't mean its not next gen.

Just commenting on the humor I find in people calling the Wii-U nextgen when technologically speaking (which is what nextgen refers to in a general sense) it simply doesn't measure up to anything new that's coming out. It's only nextgen when compared solely to its predecessor, the Wii. But that's a true statement for anything, anywhere.

I'm not saying it's a bad system - I've never bought one and it's unlikely I'll be in a situation where I use one, so what do I know. But based on the system specs and/or capabilities you can't put it on the same playing field as xbox and ps.

I don't entirely disagree with this, but the system is plenty powerful. I've seen shading and textures in a simple game of nintendoland that BLOW the best of 360 or ps3 out of the water.

That being said,i know there will be a noticeable difference in visual fidelity compared to ps4 and maybe to a lesser extent, based on spec leaks, the 720. But not as much as you might expect, or actually notice when engaged in actual gaming. The Wii-u is plenty powerful, at least enough to handle ports of the other next gen consoles admirably.

Mainly because I have a decent amount of individuals on my friends list for both PS3 and 360 that seem interested the game. Also because I like being accustomed to as many platforms as possible. I don't like the default saying, "I only use a _______" (360 pad, PS3 pad, fight stick or Wii U pro controller).
