Measuring Dash Recovery?

I'll be making many technical guides for many different areas of injustice-
but, I'm still a bit lost as to what the best method for measuring dash recovery is.
Measure time until we're able to duck, after the dash horizontal movement has ended?

What I would do to measure Dash recovery is, I would perform the Back or Forward Dash while holding a direction. Since a Dash can't be canceled into a Normal Attack or anything, simply holding Back or Forward would cause the character to move immediately after the Dash which would allow you to see exactly which frame the Dash actually stops and which frame the movement starts. I've actually taken the time to do this and show you an example of what I'm talking about.

In this video I've determined that the recovery starts at frame 6 since Batman stays in the same position throughout the rest of the animation and starts to stand up straight again. If I'm correct then that leaves 5 frames of recovery where Batman can finally do something after frame 11. The frames may or may not be 100% accurate as this is my first time testing out something like this. I wouldn't trust myself. :p But you'll get what I mean.

This is definitely the best method.

There's no way Batman's dash is 11 frames, it's probably 22 and only half the frames were caught or sumn.
I made sure my capturing device was recording at 60 frames per second. Like I said, it might not be accurate due to the device and / or software so who knows.
