game stop collector's edition no go?

just got home from a local game stop, went there to pre-order the collector's edition to injustice:gau and was told by the clerk that it was canceled by netherrealm and that they was unable to get the collector's edition, which really sucks cause this means i cannot get the red son dlc/with the statue
anyone else having a problem picking up collector's edition?

i see that it's still posted for pre-order on amazon and other sites but not game stop? rigged

Call back to the Gamestop and asked to speak with the manager. They might have stopped taking preorders as its close to release, but cancelled? no, that is false.

with the walmart pre-order, it says arkham skin pack, it doesn't mention anything about the red son pack.

also an edit i contacted the gamestop again and they said they did not even have the collector's edition in the computer system, only the arcade stick edition. so i don't know whats going on i guess some game stops have it and others don't. either way it sucks

Do what I did. Pre-order the regular version but show up exactly at 10am(they open up here in NY at 10) and just ask for a collector's edition. The guy at the gamestop I pre-ordered told me Gamestop tends to order way more than what was actually preordered so they will have extras.

I suggest going to ask if this will be the case at the one you go to.

Heads-up. Gamestop's website has both Collector's Editions back up for preorder here (shipping only/no ship to store):

I just called one of my local shops, though, and their in-store Point of Sale (POS) system has not readded either SKU for preorder.
At this point, unless the POS gets updated overnight, it appears the only way to get a preorder set up through Gamestop would be on the company's site.

yeah that what i meant red son dlc is a gamestop exclusive not the other stores
